Need help identifying a couple of wires in the engine harness

I recently had work done to my Regal 28 Express where they had to pull the motor. When it was returned to me, the engine harness was not secured and some of the wiring got pinched in the steering. I think everything is ok, except for 2 wires that appear broken. Everything seems to work as expected, so I'm not sure these are used for any of the options I have. But I would like to know what they are for. Would anyone be able to look at their wiring, or a shop manual and see if they can tell me where the blue wire w/black tracer and black wire go? Please see pictures below.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
